Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (2 handed)

      Known players:
      SB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, 4.
BU raises to $0.06, Hero calls $0.04.

      Flop: ($0.12) 3, 5, 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $0.08, Hero calls $0.08.

      Turn: ($0.28) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $0.16, Hero raises to $0.32, BU raises to $1.92, Hero calls $1.60.

      River: ($4.12) 2 (2 players)

      Final Pot: $4.12.
      Results follow:

BU shows two pairs, jacks and fours(J J).
Hero shows three of a kind, fours(Q 4).

Hero wins with three of a kind, fours(Q 4).

HU, hit a pair on draw heavy board against SB opening.

Not too many hands w/ SB, I stole a couple of pots from him before. He seemed to play too tight shorthanded.

Decided to just call on flop and wait for the turn since I have position. SB continued to fire so I assumed he had something. Got lucky w/ trips, I made a min raise to induce a call. Is the raise amount too low?

      Hi Superbrain,

Preflop: Even HU this is a fold preflop OOP

Postflop: As played I would raise bigger on the turn. You gain nothing by raising so small and you give him a cheap way to see a river with a draw.
