Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 4 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

      Hero (CO): $55.03 (110.1 bb)
      BTN: $57.78 (115.6 bb)
      SB: $61.52 (123 bb)
      BB: $50.50 (101 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J Q
Hero raises to $1.25, 2 folds, BB raises to $4.25, Hero calls $3

      Flop: ($8.75) T 2 6 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $4.84, BB raises to $14.25, Hero???

      26/21, 80 hands.

Check/raise is usually better FD (Axs, Kxs bluffs) or overpair. As an unknown I don't assume he is bluffing like this with hands like 7s8s, or something like that. Bet/fold ?

      Hey H,

Close one but given his sizing I'd say a fold. He raises quite big for a 3bet pot. That said, calling 3bet can be argued against because you are CO vs BB, not BU vs SB which is probably the spot where you can call most 3bets because you have position vs a wide range. Here, he would flat some hands in BB and you have CO range so he won't 3bet as light.

Postflop, I do sometimes consider checking back but that's only if I know some stuff about my opponent. Before that, I think you should take most opportunities you can to bet vs missed cbet and have an idea of how he reacts.
