Preflop: I know this player so I 3bet for bluff with intension of 5bet bluff shove. He likes to 4bet bluff to.. so I use AK to do this play...
is it ok or am I wrong?

Flop: his calling range is any PP probably not AA and KK because he 4bet them.
      c-bet with intension double barreling

      is it ok?

      Hi.

Preflop: I wouldn't categorize it as a bluff shove, would be more like thin value. What's his opening range? If he has a tight range then even if he does like to 4bet a lot, I don't think you should be 3-betting here.

Flop: Your bet size is way too large. Just bet 10-11bb here if you want to bet. But I'm probably giving up without a heart. You must always think about villain's preflop calling range here. Given starting positions, it's just gonna be so heavily skewed towards AK/AQ and pocket pairs.
