      Preflop: This guy seems to be a tight fish with low PFR. I would not 3-bet here. You may just end up isolating yourself vs stronger hands. He does seem fishy since he has a 60bb stack only, which certainly favours 3-betting here. If his PFR was higher I would do so.

      Flop: I like the Flop check

      Turn: Standard call

      River: It's hard to say if the call here is good or not. It's close and certainly villain will have many QX combos. But vs this 2/3 pot bet, you only need to win approximately 28% of the time to justify a call here. I think you should be good often enough here vs hands like 66 or AJs which are being turned into bluffs, or maybe he just has more random hands here like A5s.
