      Flop: ($14) 2 3 K (3 players)
Hero bets $7, BTN calls $7

      Turn: ($28) T (3 players)
      Hero ???

Co is a semi-fish reg. with low f3B percentage and loose CO open.
Here villain is calling with SB left to act who is a fish so given this situation Villain range here is TT-22,AJ,KJ,KQ,some SC.
So my question is this a spot to 2brl bluff on Tx Jx to throw Villain on pairs like 44-99?

The main question here is whether BU has those mid pocket pairs which would fold to a Turn barrel in the first place. If his range for calling the flop contains 99/88/77/JJ/TT then betting Turn would be good. If his range is mostly weighted towards KQ/KJs then I think you have an easy give up here.

      1. Low VPIP/PFR = Generally tighter tendencies
      2. Low F3B = Wider range
      3. FCb = 2 out of 4 - Doesn't say much
      4. WTSD = 44% is really wide, indicates that he may be calling loose.

Overall I think it's pretty close and I'm kind of torn for this spot. Probably have a slight preference for making a small bet of $10. This small bet is cheap (only needs to work 10/38 times) and also allows you to put a ton of pressure.
