      UTG: $11.53 (230.6 bb)

      CO: $4.16 (83.2 bb)
      BTN: $5.81 (116.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q Q
2 folds, CO raises to $0.15, 2 folds, Hero?

I only have 20 hands of the villian, it is the first time that he open raise, should i make a 3bet or only call? In case of doubt should i always make the 3 bet and fold for 4 bet right?

On NL5, CO vs later position against non-full stacked, QQ is a 3bet/shove for value. People with stack off with a range worse than QQ plus you also have folding equity before that. This only changes when you face very tight players. First time he open raised in 20 hands is a bit tight but could just be that he doesn't open raise so often and limps in.
