Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q:heart: Q:spade:

fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, MP raises to 9 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls 6 BB

      Flop: (19.5 BB, 2 players) J:heart: K:spade: 8:club:
Hero checks, MP bets 11 BB, Hero calls 11 BB

      Turn: (41.5 BB, 2 players) 2:club:
Hero checks, MP bets 25 BB, fold

Preflop: the same player from AK ex. He 3bets me again. It was 3rd time in this table.
his stats on this table after 34h looks like:

so as you can see a little bit different than after 1200h.

he 3bets me twice when I have AK and QQ so really tough hands.
This situation is hard for me. Probably I don't handle with 3bets. I know that player targeting me and I have really hard decision.
Problem here is that this player 3bets me from mp vs utg so it looks really strong. I don't want to 4bet/call because probably I'm dead against his shoving range so I decided to just call.

Flop: very nasty board for QQ. but because of his postflop habits I expect that he will fire c-bet and check on the turn without hand

My plan is to call flop and fold to other aggression on the turn.

Turn: not much to do just fold...

I think you played it fine. Agree with not 4-betting preflop as that'll mostly isolate you vs better holdings like KK and AA.

A good chunk of your Flop c/c range should contain AK there so I don't really expect this guy to get too out of line on the Turn.
