      Hero (SB): $25.00 - VPIP: 24, PFR: 20, 3B: 7, AF: 3.6, Hands: 163985

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is SB with J :club: K :diamond:
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.50, Hero raises to $1.25, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.75

      Flop: ($2.75) 3 :club: J  Q :spade: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN checks

      Turn: ($2.75) T  (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN checks

      River: ($2.75) 9 :diamond: (2 players)
      Hero bets $1.90, BTN folds

When BTN checks back the flop, maybe i bet the turn for some value?
cause as its played - i think its terrible because letting him see too many cards.. if he's playing a low PP like that, he's getting free cards to get a chance to stack me later on.

      advice?

      Hi leemingloon,

Preflop: What's with the super small 3-bet size preflop?

Postflop: Why are we checking the flop? Simply cbet since you are the 3-better in that case.

As played I would bet the turn (we likely have the best hand).

i was thinking he has a shorter stack so i 3bet abit smaller.

else, what should my size be?

we are cbetting this flop? is it cause you think villain does call with worse very often? why??

Given the small 3-bet he can call a rather wide range preflop ( and I doubt he has any strong hands there like AQ+, TT+).

So we generally have the best hand and can get called by worse.

As far as preflop goes, since he just min raised I'd make it at least 1.5 even though he is short. You made it 5 BB vs a 2 BB raise so you can expect a lot of calls ( I would ) and can you really play this OOP vs a shortie?
