Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q:diamond: Q:heart:

UTG calls 1 BB, fold, fold, MP raises to 5 BB, Hero calls 5 BB, fold, BTN raises to 19 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold

Preflop: formerly I would 3bet in this situation but now I look a little more on table dynamic and I decided to call. UTG player is a fishy player so I want to play vs him as much as possible it's the reason why I call here.
      Is it ok?

Next problem here is squeeze. I don't know what to do. Call? back raise?
When I call my range is face up. What to do here?

Against MP you can consider 3betting for value imo. It's on the thin side ofc but it's definitely still +EV. Calling is also OK.

When you flat, do you expect to get squeezed light? To me it looks like a spot and sizing where BU is not light. He seems very tight with 3betting overall anyway so I'd say folding is a solid option.
