Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A:club: Q:spade:

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.5 BB, fold, BB raises to 9 BB, Hero calls 6.5 BB

      Flop: (18.5 BB, 2 players) 5:diamond: J:spade: J:club:
BB bets 9 BB, Hero calls 9 BB

      Turn: (36.5 BB, 2 players) Q:diamond:
      BB checks, Hero checks

      River: (36.5 BB, 2 players) 4:spade:
BB bets 12 BB, Hero calls 12 BB

Preflop: vs 12% 3bet range I don't want to fold AQ, I don't want to 4bet/call so reasonable play is flat here.
Flop: because of his high cbet on 3bet pot I decided to call.
We can still be ahead against his range.
Turn: good turn for us. No value in betting so chb
      River: probably easy call.
      Good way of thinking?

      Hi UnknownJoseph,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: There's little value on the turn, just from some QT/KQ so checking back isn't terrible because we may let him catch an Ax on the river or get him to bluff.

The river bet looks like some thin value or cheap bluff so your line is fine.
