      Hey M,

      On the turn it's close and on the river it's clear that your opponent has you beat. Given his UTG raise and small bets I'd usually say he has TT+ and given the 4 to a straight board and possibility to slowplay, I would just ship it in as a bluff. You cannot call since you are clearly behind his range so it's a question if you have enough FE with a shove or not. I'd say you have in general but ofc you have to decide that yourself while playing.
