Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A:diamond: A:spade:

fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, BTN raises to 7 BB, fold, fold, Hero raises to 15 BB, BTN calls 8 BB

      Flop: (31.5 BB, 2 players) Q:heart: 3:diamond: 2:diamond:
Hero bets 12 BB, BTN calls 12 BB

Hero checks, BTN bets 63.38 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 63.38 BB

Is my 4b size ok? No reads on him. I cbet this size usually on flop, and check turn when I want to give up and when I want to bluff induce with value hands.
      Is turn and river ok?

Preflop: Being OOP and being up against a really small 3b size of 7bb, I think your 4b size should be slightly larger, maybe 17-18BB.

Turn: I don't agree with the Turn check, unless you think that villain is floating the flop with a really wide range (which requires reads, which you don't have).

Just bet Turn and shove River. Don't let him pot control with AQ/KQ
