      I would usually raise flop against him probably and then make a note of his donkbetting tendency.

      As played, I think folding is fine. Generally, people don't bet/bet/shove as a bluff even with such a random stack. He seems passive preflop, that makes me inclined to think he won't go completely crazy postflop often enough. If you raise flop, you are commited ofc so I can see why you just called here.
