OK i know I should have bet on turn/river. When and how much exactly?

I guess I was afraid of JJ/QQ then, but thinking calmly about the hand I think I should have bet 1/2 pot on turn and in the most likely scenario of getting one caller then I would bet 1/2 pot on river if no overcard to my 10s hit. Gud line?

      Preflop and flop are good.

As played, I would rather put in a bet on the turn - around half pot and plan to check back river.

If we did not bet turn, I think we have to bet river.
