I decided to flat here in position with QQ to try and keep his range wide. However, could I just have 4bet here? If I would 4bet, would I have to fold to a shove? That's the reason I called here instead of making a 4bet, simply now knowing what to do if he would 5bet.

As played, is it fine to call once and then give up? I don't think he's going to be betting twice with worse than Ax, but should I just give up on the flop? I figured I could call at least once because I had position and could potentially check it down on the turn and river, or maybe try to take down the pot with a bet later in the hand.
