Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 9:spade: J:spade:

UTG raises to 2.5 BB, Hero raises to 7 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, UTG calls 4.5 BB

      River: (75.5 BB, 2 players) Q:club:
UTG bets 40.3 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 40.3 BB

Is it ok to isolate fish preflop, or too weak hand?

Is flop ok to cbet or ch and bluff catch?
When he raises, is he ever bluffing? I think I should fold flop, since he can easiely have nuts or overpair. River, I thought I have a blocker for set, and he doesnt bet TT, JJ shove, and his line is strange (Bluiffy so I called).

Flop is def a bet. Your hand is strong enough to value bet, but too vulnerable to give a free card. I'll call turn for sure and river is a fold IMO. I don't think he shoves the river with enough worse hands.
