Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A:club: 7:club:

Hero raises to 3 BB, MP calls 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold

      Flop: (7.5 BB, 2 players) 4:heart: K:club: 9:club:
Hero bets 5 BB, MP raises to 14 BB, Hero calls 9 BB

      Turn: (35.5 BB, 2 players) 3:club:
Hero checks, MP bets 25.5 BB, Hero calls 25.5 BB

      River: (86.5 BB, 2 players) A:heart:
Hero bets 57.5 BB and is all-in, MP calls 57.5 BB

I guess it is better to balance calling range to ch call river, but I wanted to exploit him. He could ch set on river, but I dont think that he folds set ever (At least I dont see it often in NL50). But my line is totally obvious.

If he bets Turn with sets I think he'll shove the River anyway with them. So I think you should just check/call again to protect the rest of your range, assuming that villain is competent and knows how to raise and fire thrice with bluffs.

His range is probably pretty polarized here:
Value - Sets and Flushes - These hands are shoving river anyway
Air - if you shove he just folds

Basically your bet achieves nothing more than a check.
