On this flop I decide to cbet for thin value. There's certainly worse hands that can call, and there's a lot of bad turn cards. So despite showdown value, I think betting here is pretty mandatory.

On the turn I made another value bet. The J brings in a lot of additional straight draws, so if he had a flush draw his draw just got better. And if he has Ax he is still going to call most of the time.

When he raises though, I don't see him doing it with too many worse made hands. I don't expect Ax to raise here very often. If he wanted to raise Ax, he would probably do it on the flop. However, I do think he can do this with a lot of the combo draws that he could have, i.e. flush draw + gutshot type hands. So I called.

Could I maybe raise the turn for value against such combo draws? Or is it better to flat and see what the river brings?

As played, when all combo draws get there as well I'm pretty much never ahead so I think it's an easy fold.

What to do on the turn?

I think the way u played is fine. With such a weak twopair hand im pretty sure u are a dog vs his turn raisig range. So its between a call and a fold. Ill call turn and call blanks.
