SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 8:diamond: J:diamond:

fold, fold, fold, CO raises to 3 BB, Hero calls 3 BB, fold, fold

      Flop: (7.5 BB, 2 players) 5:diamond: J:club: 7:heart:
CO bets 5 BB, Hero calls 5 BB

      Turn: (17.5 BB, 2 players) 7:club:
      CO bets 12 BB, fold

Preflop: J8s isn't great hand but I decided to call. It's new for me so please point mistakes in my way of thinking.
I can see some leaks in villain play:
      - big cbet flop and low cbet turn + check/fold on the flop and turn
      - fold cb to raise
This leaks I want to exploiting. A little wider range from CO so it's not so bad.
I will be raise many board, floating itg.
      Is it ok?

      As played.
We hit tp... so easy call on the flop. On the turn player bets again. Because of the fact villain cbet turn is just 38% I expect that he value bets here and TP with weak kicker is very bad vs his range.Easy fold.

      Heya,

I think your hand is a bit too weak to call here against tight CO. 18% is way too tight to flat J8s here. I like that you know leaks but you still need a bit better hand IMO.

Cbetting 83% after starting with 18% range is too much but you would be surprised how tight 18% is from CO.

As played pre, turn is call for sure.. he bets flop often and 100% bets turn if you look at his stats. Makes no sense to call flop to fold turn.

LE: You have 2 player stats there.. which are correct?! :D

Sorry for posting 2 stats. I've changed it.

I was sure than when player like him bets on the turn (high flop cbet, low turn cbet) I'm beaten.
Do you think that he is still semi bluffing on the turn and use 7 as a scare card?

Your flop to turn thinking is probably good. I would not say he cannot have any bluffs or worse hands there, especially since, strangely enough, his turn AFq is still rather high.

What 'bugs' me the most is the preflop call where you are clearly an underdog against someone that cbets often with a range stronger than you and then checks turn. Basically, his range is not weak enough to float pre and flop imo, not at 18%. Maybe 30% is fine to call J8s pre with passive people behind and go from there.
