      Hey,
      Villain unknown. 44/25/17hands

Tripling fine here? Don't think he ever has sets. TT or JJ is probably top of his range, so I thought just about everything else should be folding.

Maybe he calls down lighter because both FD's miss?

River sizing? didn't expect TT+ to fold to almost any sizing so I bet smaller to fold any weaker hands/draws that beat me.

      BTN: $89.36 (178.7 bb)
      SB: $60.75 (121.5 bb)
      BB: $98.21 (196.4 bb)
      Hero (UTG): $50 (100 bb)
      MP: $50.25 (100.5 bb)
      CO: $109.10 (218.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J T
Hero raises to $1.50, 4 folds, BB calls $1

      Flop: ($3.25) 6 9 8 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $2.25, BB calls $2.25

      Turn: ($7.75) 4 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $5, BB calls $5

      River: ($17.75) 2 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $11.25, BB calls $11.25

      Results:
      $40.25 pot ($1.81 rake)
      Final Board: 6 9 8 4 2
      BB showed 8 7 and won $38.44 ($18.44 net)
Hero showed J T and lost (-$20 net)

      Hey Danny,

Given the board and your hand I like triple barreling as well but I'd make it a bit bigger, especially river. I think I would bet something like 13.50 and would bet the same with my overpairs, expecting opponent to have a capped range here.
