Is flop cbet ok vs fish? I think turn was totally spewy vs fish.
Is river shove ok? I expect him to call anything.

      Hi

Turn is spew because I don't think the fish is folding any pair here. Would require some sort of read that his Flop calling range is extremely wide and that he'll often fold to a Turn bet (high Fold to Turn Cbet)

      Thanks.

Is river bet ok? Should I bet smaller like 1/3 to make sure he calls more often with weaker?

i think you should just shove here. but you can consider betting 2-3 BB less than an all-in. In the mind of an unsophisticated fish, that may somehow seem weaker than an actual all-in.
