Villian 80/3, seems somewhat passive preflop, no reads postflop.

Should this be an easy fold here, although his flop/turn play feels weak, and FD/SDs missed?

I would raise more on the turn - like $3

As villain looks mostly passive I would rather fold river.

Raising bigger definitely seems better, but you do have such a great hand here no reason to go so big you start to push his weaker pair/draws away.

3 as above sounds fine to me.

Personally I'd call the river, if he has 45 unlucky. You should also pay massive attention to what hand he has and try to use this to exploit him in the future.
