      Another OOP decision..

Standard 3 bet preflop with AKo and then the 14/7/1 4-betss. With raise percentage of 7 and AF of 1 I put him on a 4 bet range of QQ+, AK and I don't like my chances vs that range so decide not to 5 bet or shove and just smooth call. Once I choose the passive line preflop chk/fold flop seems standard.

Misplayed or standard vs this opponent?

      Thanks!

      Hi,

BU vs BB he can always 4-bet bluff or widen his all-in ranges. You´re doing generally fine if you see all 5 cards, but if you put him on very strong range pre-flop you should just fold (if flop is Kxx, or Axx you get stacked anyway by AA/KK and have to c/f 2/3 times.

      best regards,

thanks. So are you saying it's generally a push or fold spot preflop here? Either I put him on a strong range and give up pre, or shove and see all 5 - or he folds his 4-bet bluff..

generally yes, ip I think you can sometimes mix it up either calling, folding or shoving but oop I would rather shove or fold
