      His sizing is small enough that you can call and play AQo postflop imo. You just get great odds with a hand likely to be the best.

      If you do 4bet, it's hard to call it too much a bluff. If you get shoved on, you fold and he has the better hand most likely but if you think how small you should make the 4bet, you can get called by worse.

      This brings me to your sizing: it's way too big imo. >20bb after he 3bets to only 7bb is way too much here. He is also not full stacked, meaning likely to be fishy, which makes a bluff 4bet even worse.

      Call pre is best, next is making a smaller 4bet to get value. 4betting so big probably still shows a small profit but when you get called, just give up. Your logic here was probably that he folds a lot and when he doesn't you are beat. If that is the case, it doesn't make sense to try and bluff him off a strong range.
