Hear im against a nit player and I have the easiest bet/fold turn, but what I have to do againsta turn like 8 :diamond: ? and against a 2 :diamond: ? I go broke whit my OP?

In this situations in MWP i have problemos whit my OP, worst hands use to fold and always play vs set + whit a nano SPR.
I should openraise to 2.5bb to make a smaller pot?

In this particular spot I would be bet/folding any turn but a J. Overall, if villain raises in such spot I would expect us to be beat all of the time.

To the preflop question - 2.5bb should be fine. At higher stakes people are raising 2.2-2.5 from any position (and some of them even minraising) just to get more action postflop.
