Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A:heart: Q:club:

Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, CO calls 3 BB, fold, fold, fold

      Flop: (7.5 BB, 2 players) 2:club: 5:diamond: K:heart:
Hero bets 5 BB, CO calls 5 BB

      Turn: (17.5 BB, 2 players) 8:diamond:
Hero checks, CO bets 12 BB, fold

Turn: I'm not good in situation like this because I don't know how to play it.
villain calling range on the flop it can be 22, 55, KQ, KJ, KT, probably any pocket pair like: 66-JJ. QQ would 3bet.
I didn't want try new lines like 3barrel bluffs because in previous session I was bluffing and it cost 2bi and I wanted play this session calmly.
Do you think that we can force to fold Kx with 3barrels?

      Hi UnknownJoseph

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: He seems to be the type that cold calls a lot more (than your average person) so his range is wider than just pairs (on the flop).

Given we are UTG and he isn't very showdown happy he should be able to fold a lot of his range vs 3-barrels.

However, I prefer to 3-barrel with at least a bit more equity.

As played you have to ask yourself if that cbet will work enough of the time to warrant the bet. Without counting your equity your bet has to work 40% of the time (on the flop).
