Ignore the preflop raise please. I may have been tilting, or the table was tight and I hadn't raised often.

There are lots of lines to choose from on the turn. Which is best?

Could I make a very small bet, maybe 1/4 pot, so that I'd be investing less than if I checked, he bet and I called, and to disguise my FD?

      Hi Kruppe,

Ah, well, OK, I'm gonna pretend I didn't see that PF raise. :P

      Flop is fine.

Turn I'd play check/call. Villain called your bet on a dry board, I don't think that 8 on the turn is scary enough to make him fold.

A blockbet on the turn is definetely a possibility, but I'm not a big fan, they get reraised too often IMO.
