UTG is an ubernit, 11/7 in SH.
K on turn is worst turn ever vs 2 such nits?
Can I ever bet or call turn/river with having the best hand here? or am i counterfeited?

If he has those stats over a significant number of hands, then i assume a UTG raise means TT+/AQ+. On the river the only hand you beat is AQ and i doubt he'd bluff it as he still has some showdown value vs missed FDs, so i think a fold would be the best option.
Also his bet on the river looks too much like a value bet, rather than one for maximum fold equity.

Easy fold on the River against this player.
He won't ever bet worse, but he also won't bluff there.
