      The button player is pretty bad and the cu is tight so i thought with such a small pfr i had good odds to call and then i flopped a great board. was the small donk ok and was the all-in too much? if so what should i have raised to?

      The preflop call is somewhat standard. On the flop you should lead bigger and 3-bet less.
      A 3-bet to about 11$ should be enough. By 3-betting smaller you give your opponents the opportunity to shove a wider range.
