      reriase to 2$ pref, beside that right played, unlucky for you he either had weak pair (tt-jj maybe qq) or hit that ten on floop. Or he's just big fish and called coz he feeled like it ;p

      Reraise is 3xoriginal raise if im not wrong? ,50 * 3 = 1,50 so he raised just fine i think, althought UTG just minraised?

      Yep, thats why i would add another bb to raise, so he will not get excelent odds. Also if he will call you, on the floop all-in will be valid move with that size of pot.

      3x the raise is perfectly fine, the opponent does NOT have the odds to call any pocket or AT or whatever
