      Hi Peeps
Its been a long month with its ups and downs after only my 2nd week I was about 40% down on my starting capital thinking I suck but sticking to tight BRM and a lot of help from he ICM trainer and helpful advice from you guys I started turning a profit and am now 80% starting capital and nearly ready to step-up to $2 SnG's

So any advice on how to handle the step-up I'm a bit nervous,
Can I expect to come across much better plays than in $1 SnG,
I think I am going to watch a couple of tables before I joined in is it worth it.

Oh and how are my session's stacking-up,
      Last session played 25 SnG's
      4th - 7 times
      3rd - 5 times
      2nd - 4 times
      1st - 4 times
Previous Session Played 16 Sng's and 1 MTT
      4th - 3 times
      3rd - 4 times
      2nd - 1 times
      1st - 2 times
Came 39th out of 560 in $26 Token Frenzy (Top 24 paid)

      hey mack

the players are just as bad... the most important thing is that if it feels uncomfortable then go back down for a bit... keep your BRM tight... I have been working on a step up to the $5 games... taken me 3 attempts cos it has been a big adjustment getting used to the physical size of the downswings... The most important aspect is that you can handle the mental aspect... read this week's article on tilt, it talks about what you will go through...

      Best of luck
