      First of all, you should not bet preflop. As played, I would cbet, since bet range from blinds with limpers includes mostly overpairs (on such flop) which I would try to represent.

      Raising pf is standard and good, since players limp/call with worse hands.
      I´d c-bet on that flop, since mp1 can´t really hold not much here.
      If he call´s then I´m fire second barrel.
      ANother option would be c/r, especially when mp1 only bet out less than half the pot. Make it 11$ and he´d fold all his hands expect 6x or 44 (and also AA, KK if he is tricky)
