Should i go allin preflop? I didnt cbet on flop because i didnt have the initiative. What to do in that kind of situation? Going allin preflop is the only choice? I didnt want to bet on flop becaue flop was pretty drawy - possible straight or flush.

CO seems like a Loose Aggressive opponent who MINre-raises you.

As I see you've got a doubled stack, I would recommend you to question yourself whether to go for it or not.
Since you are OOP, calling is not really an option unless you've got the monsters.

So what I should do is come over the top and shove OR fold preflop.

Postflop, CO c-bets ofcourse and you can decide if you want to c/r him as there is only a FD or Q high possibilities.
if he has like AK, you are a 80/20 favourite

push or fold preflop! There is no "call" as SSSer, even for 40BB

      are you ahead? push
      are you behind? fold

As played you have to fold the flop because the only hand you beat now is AK.
But dont be afraid of draws!! You are ahead of draws!
