      He often has a set here, but with gutshot + nutflushdraw I get it in.
      I raise 18$ to make the fold equilty larger, and call push.

      I would just call $4 and then re-evaluate (and also to see what MP1 will do). If SB still pushes all-in, I would fold. As played, it is very likely that SB has a set (so many raises in 4-way pot) and I would fold (you do not have odds to call against a set).

      I wouldn´t play my nut flushdraw and gotshot that aggressively on limped pot. You´re never going to get your money in when you´re ahead and often you have zero fold equity.
      I´d call MP2 re-raise and fold when SB would shove.
