what worse hands will call a shove?

he could call you down with FD or smaller pp, like 77-88, A9, AT

however, there are also ton of Jx and Qx hands in his range
but some loose/passives are very scared of suited boards and will often make a big raise on the turn

still, there is little value in betting river, c/c

Agree to xylere that not a lot worse hands would call if you shove. But if player is passive then I doubt he´d bet with missed flush/straight draw.
I´d make 8$ valuebet and if he shoves then trying to find a fold.
