If you are playing SSS you've got some work.
First of all you have \$10. If you are playing NL10 you should buy in with \$2.
Assuming you had only \$2, pushing would be a smart idea.
I have a feeling you play BSS not SSS and accidently posted in the wrong area.

I am not sure if it is advisable to play on \$5 minimum table. You have 50BB stack, when you are supposed to have 20BB.
In this hand, if you doubled through with \$2 you have \$4 and will most likely get some action from an all-in 4-bet.
To answer your question: yes a 4-bet is the right move here, make him put it all-in preflop

If you're truely sticking to SSS then you should have only brought in with 2.00 on a NL10 table.

Your first raise should have been 4BB, .40. Your 3-bet all-in was perfect as you want to get your money in with the monsters as soon as poss.

SSS is only mathematical correct with a 15< {X} >25BB stack.
You can play 50bb but its not recommended as you cannot play BSS accordingly because you lack chips and you cannot utilize SSS because you got too many

It's not a SSS hand, so please post it in BSS board.

I can only say your way's not good here. I'd either raise another 3x or just call for deception, which requires whole lot more postflop skills because you have to read board well and be able to get away if you're beat. For more information I suggest posting it somewhere else.
