      even tough he may have 95 vpip you should check his agression factor too ( and 3 bet preflop stat if you have it ) and you notice this are very low so he isnt doing this too light and probably has some kind of a hand but taking into consideration that he is short its ok to shove . aqs does fairly good because this players tend to 3bet alot of aces

      If this guy is really bad, giving his money away (ATM) then I like your line.

      But if hes not that bad, just loose, then fear the minraise. Apparently, he doesnt raise much pf. Call or fold pf and c/f flop if ui.

      If your image is tight Id prob fold pf
