What is the best here? I felt that villain may wanted ot fight. So maybe just c/f? Or try a c/r? (I have an overcard and two backdoor draws)

I think if you feel villain wants to fight on flop, save your cbet and checkfold. Let him fight you next time when you have a hand.

Mostly c/f is good on the turn, unless villain would float on that board with medium pp or A high. Then you should bet again, since he´d fold turn often his middle pairs, but would continue with flushdraw or Kx.
Problem with betting turn is that you should also sometimes shove river with A high, since you have huge fold equity and opponent might hold flushdraw, which he´d sometimes shove on the river if you check to him.
