Normally this is 9max table, but two players just busted out.

BB is tight but never raises prelop 11/0 in about 40 hands

      $0.1/$0.25 No Limit Holdem
      6 players
      Converted at

      UTG ($5.25)
      Hero ($29.00)
      CO ($48.95)
      BTN ($25.00)
      SB ($5.10)
      BB ($24.80)

      Pre-flop: ($0.35, 6 players) Hero is UTG 1 T:heart: J:heart:
1 fold, Hero raises to $1, 3 folds, BB calls $0.75

      Flop: 8:heart: 8:diamond: 4:diamond: ($2.10, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.20, BB calls $1.20

      Turn: 9:heart: ($4.50, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3, BB calls $3

      River: 4:spade: ($10.50, 2 players)
      BB checks, Hero ??

JTs is good enough to openraise in 6max table?
Should I fire the 3rd on river with my busted draw? What does such a tight passive villain has there - busted draw, A -high, pp?

Only hand that folds here is busted flushdraw, so you can make 3$ bet that is enough for folding flushdraws, but even if you make 8$ bluffbet, he´d probably call you down with any pair.
