      i would reraise him on the flop so if he calls i can make a better bet sizing on the turn and river so he would have pot odds to be allin

      No need to raise all-in. But I´d raise his min-raise, since you´re oop and can´t really count that he´d bet again on the turn to go c/r or if you lead on the turn, then it seems really strong line.
      I´d re-raise to 6$. That is neough that he can shove with two pair, lower set or overpair.
