Just posting to start a discussion about protecting the blinds really. I know I played wrong. When to do it? How to do it? I had stats of folding 100% SB and BB to steal, and tried to get a little creative, i suppose.

      Known players:

      0,05/0,1 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.60 by

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q:heart: , J:spade:
4 folds, BU raises to $0,30, Hero raises to $0,60, BB folds, BU calls $0,30.

      Flop: ($1,30) 7:club: , 9:diamond: , A:spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $0,60, Hero raises to $2,70 (All-In), BU calls $2,10.

      Turn: ($6,70) K:spade:
      River: ($6,70) 3:heart:

      Final Pot: $6,70

      Results follow (highlight to see):
Hero shows high card ace with king kicker (Qh Js)
BU shows a pair of aces (Ad 5d)

BU wins with a pair of aces (Ad 5d)

      post no results ;)

in the blinds you should only play push or fold after a steal.

but QJo is not good enough for a resteal against a normal oppenent

      so fold pre

on the flop he donk nearly 1/2 ps and you have trash => fold

when you think he is stealing your blinds you can push every shc hand but be patient to your oppenents

Its not that important to defend your blinds in the low limits. You can stick to the basics, its +EV at NL10. If you need more action try multi-tabling.
