      If you played with stats , you see it is a clear fold due his AF/WTS and BBvsSteal statistics.

      Without, I would have pushed it as you do but note down with what he donkbets to prevent further damage if so!

      Yeah, with stats is an easy fold, AQ, KQ and QT look easily in his calling range, and QT would want to protect vs AK and not give free cards to smaller pairs. notice his WTS and AF is low, while his W$SD is high, so he is only going to the river with the goods and folding the rest. This makes it easy for you to get small amounts of money from him with your c-bet, (he folds mid-small pairs) and you can only extract a big double through with a monster hand, say AA in this case or maybe a T high board with your hand. Read the articles on how to play against rocks (Tight-passive) They mostly bet/raise only with a hand but will call early bets with mediocre hands, say preflop, sometimes chase a flop-bet, and you can often 2barrel them out (BSS) on the turn if they dont show any aggression. When they show aggression and you have the nuts, push all-in, they will not fold. Payday :D
