      Not getting my Strategy Points at Titan Poker

      I play a lot at Titan Poker and I always received my Strategy Points correctly in the past.

      BUT recently, I began playing slots at Titan and I stopped receiving my Strategy Points.

      I opened a Ticket with PokerStrategy's support and they told me it was a "known bug". If you play slots, the points won't accumulate for that day.

      Instead of trying to fix the problem with Titan, PokerStrategy told me to manually calculate my points and if I were to miss a level (Silver, Gold ...) because of this bug they would correct the situation.

      Give me a break! You must be kidding! I must do all that work to correct YOUR bug!

      Come on, work this out with Titan Poker. Is this too much to ask?

      And please don't tell me PokerStrategy is helpless about the situation AGAIN...

      Sorry we did not get back to you sooner.

      Unfortunately there is nothing we can do here. This is something that we have no control over, since this problem comes from the Titan Casino side of things. Since Titan Casino is not one of our affiliates, there is nothing we can do to influence the way their software or ask them to make any changes.

      The problem is that Titan Poker and the Titan Casino (TitanBet) are two completely different entities. We are affiliated with Titan Poker, but not Titan Casino.

      I understand very well that this situation is very frustrating for you. However, due to these technical restrictions there is nothing we can do to solve this unfortunately. If you would rather not calculate the amount of rake you generated manually, then you can also send us one or multiple (if necessary) screenshots to show how much rake you generated on the days you also played in the casino. Please do this via tickets though.

      We will then calculate the rake you paid for you, and therefore the StrategyPoints you deserve to get. And then we will of course also be happy to upgrade your status if it turns out that those missing StrategyPoints prevent you from reaching a certain status.

      Again, my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Hopefully this has at least cleared up the situation for you. Just let us know if you have any other questions.

      Well I did play Titan Casino on almost every day I played poker. I accumulated over 250 Titan pts this month.

      I also lost the 10 bonus points for playing each day on Titan. I think I would have made gold status.

      BTW PokerStrategy is paid as part of our rake. If they don't give me Strategy Points then are you still getting paid?

      Well that is exactly the problem. You don't automatically receive StrategyPoints on days you also play at the casino. Therefore you also don't get the Bonus Points. However that can of course be taken into account when calculating your missing StrategyPoints.

      If you feel like you would've made Gold status with the missing points, just let us know. Preferably via ticket, as that way we can help get this sorted as efficiently as possible. You already created a ticket earlier so you could use that, or you could create a new one.

      If you can then show us proof of the rake you paid on those days via screenshot(s), we will then be happy to manually update your status, if the missing StrategyPoints would've gotten you to that point.

      We indeed get a share of the rake you pay. And it's for that exact reason that we of course aim to credit everyone with the StrategyPoints they rightfully deserve. So if you're missing StrategyPoints for one reason or another, we'll always try to get that sorted out for you as quickly as we can.

      So, long story short, if you could send us a ticket and provide us with screenshots of your playing history for the days on which you're missing StrategyPoints, we will try to get everything sorted out for you.

      And yes, I understand it's quite a pain! :( Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about this whole deal though, since we're not affiliated with the casino, but only with Titan Poker. My apologies for that.

      I don't think it is worth the trouble just to be gold status.

      I prefer playing poker than taking screenshots, writing emails and doing all that "paperwork".
