      Would rather fold or re-raise here preflop, I'd prefer the fold.

      Why fold? he is in position against a steal raise a call is fine, sometimes i reraise sometimes i call.

      As his flop bet was small i would probably raise the flop with the 2 clubs out there.

      I´d also re-raise flop, since he would probably continue with Kx hands and flushdraws.
      Calling turn is fine.
      RIver is difficult. Can´t really see that SB is making that move too often as a bluff, but maybe he turned his busted flushdraw into bluff, so I´d probably also call.
