PT4 iPoker HUD Issue

      Set it up for Winner poker, Stored HH locally etc. and the HUD was working fine.

      The next day it was not working at all, though the HH were coming up in the Today's Hands list/Get Hands While Playing. So its not an importing issue, its a hud issue.

      Tried restarting HUD, didn't work.

      HUD is working fine @ PokerStars in the meantime.

      Not sure how to fix this.At the same time HUD stopped working, PT4 icon got corrupted also. PT4 still works, but instead of green chip icon, its white corrupted icon.

      Were you playing on Speed Poker tables when this occurred? If so please read the iPoker Configuration Guide here: https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4/site-configuration/ipoker-configuration-guide#enable-speed-poker-poker-hu.

      If not, then we need the table and game type information as well as the network to provide any basic support, so the best thing to do is restart your computer and reproduce this issue with logging enabled in PokerTracker 4, then zip that log and attach it to a support ticket on our website along with a screen capture that show us what the corrupted icon looks like (I have not seen that before). We have no record of any known iPoker issues that match your description, so if the issue continues we must see these logs to be able to help.
