I have a question regarding FDB...

My deadline for clearing FDB is Tomorrow, and I'm on 92% for clearing another 50$ chunk, since I don.t really feel like grinding tonight, if I don't clear it, I will get all the rakeback, so there is no loss for me (since FDB is deducted from RB)?

      Hey nmilan84,

I'm afraid I'm not sure of this answer but PKR support should know it :)

      Happy Christmas,

I played few years ago on PKR and if i remember right FDB is deducted from your paid rake.

So when you are calculating your rake back you have to take your FDB into account so the formula is pretty simple:

      "Rake back" = ("All paid rake" - "Bonuses(FDB)") * 0.3

So here is the example. Lets say you have produced 200$ in rake.

      "Rake back with bonuses" = (200 - 50) * 0.3 = 45 : Net: 50 + 45 = 95

      "Rake back without bonuses"= (200) * 0.3 = Net: 60

If my calculations are right it is of course much better to clear another chunk of FDB. :f_cool:

      I hope i helped :f_cool:

      Just a little observation:

It is all paid rake - all rake needed to release 50$ * 0.3

So to release a 50$ chunk I need to produce 200$ rake, so the math is:

      200$ all paid rake - 200$ rake paid for 50$ FDB chunk *0.3 = 0$ more, right?

So why going for the bonus (which is 25% rakeback as stated on pokerstrategy forum), if I get 30% rakeback as is?

All bonuses you receive are deducted from your paid rake.

So if you produce 200$ in rake and you got 50$ with bonuses those 50$ are deducted from your total rake paid. So total rake now is 150$. And you still get 150$*0.3 additionally. So the deal is quite great :f_cool: .
