      Hi,

Just posting here about an unfortunate situation I had with the room later this evening, I was playing about 10 mtt's making a regular session and about after 20 minutes into my session and having about 130$+1500pnts at play the Coral Poker Client freezes and then shutsdown, I imeadiately tried to open it again and it kepty saying it was already open, after logging of and re-entering the session it kept saying the same thing, as I was preparing to write my email to Coral about 1/2 hours laters the client pops ups and it says it's searching for my tables, and I'm blinded down to 4/10bb's in about 5 tourneys and had bust alot of them.
I had a simillar situation before with them, and again, this was just in the Ipoker software, I had 888 opened up and nothing happened, just going to wait for their response to see if they can handle the situation properly but I doubt that.

      Hey beerzy,

Sorry to hear you're having troubles, I've never had any problems myself with the software but hopefully their support can help you out whether it;s a problem on your end on theirs.

Let us know how it goes.

don t mind the moderatorm though.

William hill owns both part of ipoker and pokerstrategy.com so the moderator has to be surprised of problems like yours

The best workaround I've found so far (not for Coral specifically, but for WH and Everest that use almost the same poker client with few differences) is just terminating casino.exe by Task Manager and restarting the client. It will redownload corrupted auxiliary files so several minutes will be lost. Cash game hand history files can be resynched (by viewing every table history affected in 'My Account' and clicking 'Update locally'). For tourneys, it looks as though the client creates a new history file for each reconnection, which screws stats up. Alas this method seems the smallest of all evils. Please let us know if there's a faster way to get reconnected.

First positive thing about this was they responded fairly quickly, under 24hrs, and they actually sent an email asking me to do a bunch of things to send them, so they are actually working on it.
I'll update it when I get an answer

It looks like I need to email iPoker about this matter too. Could you post what they've asked you to do (leaving personal details out), so that every player could bomb their skin with emails helping to fix bugs? If everyone does that, probably Playtech will pay more attention :)

Grats! But the bug itself isn't gone, is it?

Maybe let's make a rating of Playtech client builds by stability if you have played at several skins. In my small experience, Everest is faster than Will Hill with the widget bar turned on (it's heavy and makes WH freeze :( ), but with WH's widget bar turned off (the table theme will remain as was) it must be of the same speed. People say that Betfair is much worse (and the regs whom I see get disconnected for long are mostly from there).

Hey Tony, yes as you said the bug still isn't gone, not even sure you can call it a bug as it's part of the Ipoker software itself, I know I'll get disconnected through sessions sporadically as long as I play there, the reason I complained about this one was because I was disconnected for more than 40+ minutes wich is ridiculous and more so considering that I was deep in some good tourneys, but the buy in's + the ticket is a good effort from coral
