      With this flop you need to get the money in without scaring him away. His minraise usually means he has something good, so u can reraise him small enough not to scare him but no minraise. If he raises again, you keep raising.
      On turn the chance of him having a fh is very low so you will go broke here. Bet turn 2/3 and get him all in if you can. Shove river.

      Against shortstack play your hands fast, especially when he is shown strength. I´d make 0,6$ on the flop and out him all-in on the turn.
      B/c river is fine. You can´t really fold here and I´m not sure that you´re ahead when he decides to min-raise river, although shoving is also fine.
