      However, while reviewing your account it was noticed that the country chosen upon registration differs to that of which you are login in from. This being the case, we kindly ask that you provide us with an explanation stating the country from which you have been login into your account from.

      Please understand this this precaution are for the mutual benefits of both us and our member.

      I played from abroad and they confess in an email they track IP and locations.
      How is this legal?

      of course they track IP locations nothing new in the online world, its just a precaution and nothing wrong with that, if you are logging in from diffrent country that you are a resident of tell them so, otherwise this is only good for your protection...

      A lot of people travel and play poker from diffrent countries no hassle, just explain normally.

      it is standard to track ip/location, you should understand that this is for your own protection. even mmorpgs like world of warcraft track ip/location/software running etcs afaik... so nothing to be worried about.
