Preflop, I like to re-raise clickers 3x to give them bad odds to call.
On the turn, if your conti-bet is called you are pot commited, so I would just push the flop directly.
Sample size is small but villian appears to be chum. I like to turn up the aggression factor on chum, get them all-in on the flop.

I'd raise to 6-7BB and push any flop.

you can raise 2.5x oder a bit more against the stealer. depends on you, and the stealer.
against loose ones I would raise bit higher, people woh play steal/fold I would reseteal 2.5x

      the rest is ok.

I disagree since there is hardly any Fold Equity with barely a ClickRRaise.

I would just reraise him PreFlop to x amount of times to put yourself all-in postflop with his Loose stats.
Thus I would reraise 3.5x to 7bb and shove on the Flop.

In this way, you create decent fold equity preflop, postflop and value.

you neednt raise 2.5x for a steal. the other play is also fine.

but with a smaller reraise you could play a bit more postflop and sometimes you could fold against a 4-bet. that means, you are able to resteal a bit looser because you can fold some hands that would be trash against a 4-bet like A6o.

to raise a bit more is not a fault especially on the lower limits. and its makes the postflop play a bit easier.

Since its only nl100 and sb looks really fishy i raise to 7$ preflop to get most of my money in preflop and then push any flop.
